During Day 2, we will be joined by Patrick Sharry from AGSM to refresh our business unit and Group strategy.

 

We will use the Martin and Lafley model of ‘Five Strategic Questions’ (from Playing to Win) and explore the competitive, global and technological dynamics of our environment. We will map a path through the important phases of profit maximisation: cost, productivity and efficiency and growth, ensuring we are maximising opportunities for today and the future.
