Day 1 includes a review of H1 and H2 at a Unit and Group level, as we reflect on our progress and achievements to date and regroup for an exciting and challenging H2. There is time for Business Unit teams to come together during the conference, for up to 3 hours, and for the first time we will be offering three parallel symposiums, for leaders to choose from. Last and certainly not least, our Unit Managers will present half year results to Motohara-san and Michelle.

During the evening we will briefly enjoy canapés and drinks before dividing into teams and cooking up a storm. Our friends from Cheeky Chef will guide us through the operation of our very own restaurant as we prepare the ingredients, set the dining room, cook a three course meal, manage food service and enjoy the fruits of our labour – a (hopefully) delicious banquet together.
